B2B Ad for a Renowned Pet Food Brand
This pet food brand wanted a punchy ad for their new Christmas food range that would appeal to a B2B audience.
Who is the client?
Burns Pet Nutrition are an established pet food brand who have been creating delicious and nutritious food for pets for over 30 years. I’ve worked with these guys in the past, and they’re an incredible company. They support charities, community projects and rescue centres all over the country (including the place I got my rescue dog!) and they care about the quality of their products.
Why did they hire me?
I’ve worked with Burns and several other pet industry peeps for years. When it came to this project, they knew I’d have the knowledge and creativity they needed to create a great ad. This particular ad was very special because it introduced a new recipe from Burns (with a Christmas twist).
How did I approach the project?
With a huge amount of enthusiasm! I knew how important it was that Burns was launching a new wet food variety. As someone with knowledge and experience in the pet food industry, B2B marketing and creative advertising, I couldn’t wait to get started.
What were the results?
I wrote copy that focussed on the long-established 30-year history of Burns. Blend that with the excitement of a new product, and you’ve got a pawsome recipe for success:
‘A Christmas Dinner 30 Years in the Making.’
This ad not only boosted bulk sales of this new product, but it got the company some great leads and established some beneficial new contacts too.
