Who is the client?

Regal Rose is an alternative jewellery brand based in St Albans. They have unique collections of jewellery with gothic and punky overtones. This brand appeals to a variety of subcultures and creative peeps everywhere. Including me!

Why did they hire me?

I’ve been a fan of Regal Rose long before I started working with them as a freelance copywriter. I understand the brand and the customer base (after all - I am their customer base). They hired me to write product descriptions for their new collection because I’m passionate about their brand and I can infuse the right amount of creativity into their copy.

How did I approach the project?

The Regal Rose team wanted creative copy that reflected their unique style and tone of voice. I researched their offering and spent some time doing some research and creative brainstorming. I wanted to write copy that captured the edgy and artistic nature of their brand and introduced their new collection well.

What were the results?

The creative copy I wrote for Regal Rose captured their brand and reflected their new collection well. Alongside the product descriptions, I also wrote collection copy and taglines that they could use across their website, emails and social media. I also suggested a new approach in their marketing for the collection, based on the creative ideas that came from the research I did for the project.
